Maths … another “terrifying” subject 😉 Let’s have a look at creative apps that can make maths teaching & learning easy and fun!

1.  TallyTots Counting

It is specifically designed for pre-school children. It uses riddles to teach them counting, the graphics are very colourful and vivid. Children can learn to count from 1 to 100 in a very interactive environment.

2.  Montessori Math City

Montessori Math is a maths learning approach created by Dr. Montessori, aiming to make children interested in maths learning. This app helps children understand decimalism gradually by playing games to find the mathematical rules. It can lay a good foundation for children to learn these abstract maths theories.

3.  TouchMath Adventures: Jungle Addition 1

The highlight of this app is there are 7 complete chapters of interactive skill practice followed by an interesting adventure journey. Together with a monkey, the player goes on a quest to find a lost treasure. The journey is full of obstacles, i.e. interesting maths questions. The player has to find the right answer to move on. Each maths question represents a maths concept, so it really benefits children who just started learning maths systematically.
